It was 1983 when Bob Mandler walked away from his law practice and opened the first CHIN CHIN on Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood. It was the fulfillment of Bob s dream to provide wonderful traditional Chinese faire, cooked to order, without MSG, in an exhibition kitchen for all to see, and served in a contemporary atmosphere.
