StillWater Bistro has been a labor of love for owner and chef, Travis Jones. For years he has dreamed of creating a restaurant that challenged the culinary habits of Orange County; he wanted to bring the same eclectic and cutting edge cuisine that is typically only found in San Francisco and New York. Since a young age Travis has always loved being in the kitchen and has found away to put his passion to work through the every changing menu featured at StillWater Bistro. The name StillWater is an homage to his grandmother who was born in a small town outside of Stillwater, Oklahoma. It was her cooking that has inspired many of Jones' "Southern" inspired dishes. What started as a simple dream so many years ago, has now turned into something so much more...
