Wood Ranch provides a distinctive, premium-casual dining experience by offering a moderately priced, innovative menu featuring made-from-scratch signature items; a high energy, comfortable atmosphere; and friendly, attentive service. Wood Ranch provides a stylish, American dining environment showcasing an open display kitchen with live mesquite grill, large booths and tables, natural slate flooring, and warm wood tones. All of our barbecue items are prepared using our unique two-step cooking process. First, we slow-roast overnight the ribs, tri tip roasts, chickens and prime rib. Then, we grill and sauce them to order over a live mesquite wood fire. This unique method produces what our guests and critics consider to be Southern California's best barbecue.
